WIOMSA and our partners programmes contribute significantly to the conservation and management of marine and coastal health of the Western Indian Ocean which is facing the triple planetary crisis of marine pollution, climate change and biodiversity loss. Our programmes assist countries of the WIO in meeting global goals and targets.
