It is financed by Swedish SIDA and executed by a team of Swedish partners, the Nairobi Convention, the World Maritime University, and WIOMSA. The ITP start-up management workshop was held in Gothenburg, Sweden, from February 27 to March 3, 2023. Participants in the kick-off workshop included national MSP facilitators from Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Mozambique, Somalia, and Mauritius. WIOMSA and the Nairobi Convention are important partners in the ITP, serving as advisors to countries and experts and coordinating regional workshops and training. |
