The University of Rhode Island, Coastal Resources Center, is recruiting applicants for the positions of Capacity Development Specialist and Marine Policy Specialist to participate in a USAID-funded project, the Hay Tao (Enhancing Enabling Conditions for Biodiversity Conservation) Program led by Pact to improve the enabling environment for effective community-based management and protection of terrestrial and marine biodiversity resources in Madagascar.
