Marine Fisheries in Tanzania: getting hooked on business opportunities

Lately, there has been a lot of attention for development in aquaculture in East-Africa and the fisheries sector in the Great Lakes Region is flourishing. Nevertheless, there are plenty of fish in the sea. The Agricultural Counselor in Kenya and Tanzania is therefore conducting a scoping study into the possible development of marine fisheries in both countries. The main goal is to identify business opportunities that promote sustainable trade.
